Do I need to be fit already?
No. The Free Trial is designed for beginners and returners. You work at your pace and we scale everything safely.
What if I feel nervous?
That’s common. Classes are calm and structured. We demonstrate first, give clear cues, and you’ll never be pushed to spar or perform.
Do I need gloves?
No. Bring comfortable kit and water. If you don’t have gloves, we’ll help you on the day.
Can I do kickboxing instead of boxing?
Yes — the Free Trial route is a safe way to start either. If you’re unsure, message us and we’ll recommend the best first session.
