This class focuses on building confidence, coordination, and physical fitness through age-appropriate boxing drills and exercises, all in a safe and supportive environment.

What is the class about?

Kids’ Boxing & Fitness combines basic boxing techniques with fun, engaging fitness drills designed for children. We focus on developing their motor skills, self-discipline, and teamwork through playful yet structured training.

What is the class about?

Build confidence and self-esteem.
Improve coordination, balance, and motor skills. Encourage discipline, respect, and focus. Promote physical fitness and healthy habits from an early age.

What would happen (how long):
A 45-minute session, starting with a fun warm-up and introduction to basic boxing techniques, followed by circuit-based fitness drills. The class ends with games or team activities, reinforcing teamwork and sportsmanship.
