How it works
A calm, coached structure every time
You will be shown what to do, then coached through it. Intensity is added on purpose, not by accident.
Arrive + settle
Get oriented. Gloves and wraps if you need them. You’ll know the plan before we start.
Technique first
Clear demos, simple cues, and coached reps. We scale the pace so you can learn safely.
Coached practice
Pad work and structured drills. Pressure is used to improve skill — not to overwhelm you.

What to expect
Your first Essentials session
A calm, coached session with a clear structure. Nothing sudden. Nothing performative.
When you arrive
You’ll be welcomed, shown where to put your things, and given a clear outline of the session. There’s no pressure to impress, and questions are encouraged.
During the class
You’ll be shown each movement, then coached through it step by step. Pace and intensity are adjusted so you can focus on learning, not keeping up.
After the session
You’ll leave knowing what you worked on and how to continue — whether that’s repeating Essentials or progressing when you’re ready.
