HOW SESSIONS RUN
Structure
- Warm-up with purpose
- Skill block (1–2 techniques only)
- Controlled pad rounds
- Conditioning that supports boxing
- Short reset so you leave grounded
What to bring
- Comfortable kit you can move in
- Water
- Layers (weather changes fast)
- Arrive 5 minutes early
If it’s unsafe due to weather, you’ll be contacted with the plan (reschedule or alternative).
