Common questions

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. Sessions are scaled from the start. You train at your level and build from there.

Is there sparring?

No. There is no sparring pressure. Sessions focus on skill, pads, movement, and conditioning.

What if my energy or schedule is inconsistent?

That’s normal. Start with class packs if flexibility helps. Move into membership when routine feels right.

How often should I train?

Most people train 1–3 times per week. Progress comes from consistency, not intensity.

Can I switch between packs and membership later?

Yes. You can change if your routine or needs change.

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable training clothes and a water bottle. Gloves can be borrowed for your first sessions.

I’m nervous about starting — is that normal?

Yes. Most people feel that way before their first session. Coaches guide you through everything step by step.
