The MAW Studios was born out of a passion for creating a space where fitness and community meet empowerment. Our founder, Mark A. Walker, envisioned a studio that fosters both physical strength and mental resilience, blending the intensity of combat sports with the mindfulness of yoga and breathwork. Located in Hackney Wick, our studio is a sanctuary for individuals of all ages and abilities to come together, work hard, and grow.
We believe that fitness is for everyone—whether you’re a first-time boxer, a seasoned athlete, or someone seeking balance through yoga, there’s a place for you at The MAW Studios.
