I’m new — where should I start?
If the idea of a full membership feels like a lot, start with the 2-Week Trial. It’s one small decision that gives you time to settle in and see how your body responds. If even that feels big, book the Free Trial and just focus on getting in the room once.
Can I mix Boxing and Kickboxing?
Yes. Essentials memberships and packs let you move between Boxing and Kickboxing classes, depending on your energy, schedule and what you enjoy most.
What if I’m over 40, ND or coming back from injury?
You’re who we built this for. We ask about injuries, history and access needs, keep numbers small, and offer clear options in every drill. You choose the pace; we support it.
Is there sparring or head contact?
No head contact in group Boxing & Kickboxing Essentials. Contact and sparring are kept to separate sessions so you can train hard without pressure.
Can I pause or switch my membership?
Yes. If life changes – travel, injury, new baby – talk to us. We’ll help you pause or move between 2× Per Week and Unlimited so you’re not paying for something you can’t use.
