I’m new — where should I start?
Start with a Free Trial Class in Boxing or Kickboxing Essentials. Small groups, clear coaching, and we’ll help you choose your next step (2-Week Trial, packs or a membership).
What should I bring?
Comfortable kit, water, and indoor-friendly trainers. If you’re new, we have wraps/gloves you can borrow — we’ll show you how to use them.
How beginner-friendly are the classes?
Very. Essentials sessions are structured for complete beginners: slower pace, clear cues, smaller groups, and space to learn without pressure.
What age is Kids & Family for?
Mixed ages — usually 6–14. Parents/guardians can join the session so siblings and families can train together safely.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking. Evening sessions include a 15-minute buffer for smooth changeovers.
Are trials available?
Yes — Free Trial (1 class) and the 2-Week Unlimited Trial. Trials apply to adult Boxing/Kickboxing Essentials only.
I’m ND, anxious, or returning from injury — is it ok?
Yes — this is who we built the studio for. Tell us what helps (clearer cues, quieter spot, slower tempo, or no partner drills). We adapt the coaching to you.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes — add a guest at checkout or message us on WhatsApp/Instagram. Friends can join Free Trial classes too.
