Who is it for?
Beginners and returners. We scale drills so you build rhythm, footwork and timing safely.
What happens in class?
  • Warm-up & movement prep
  • Stance, jab, guard and basic combos
  • Padwork & partner drills (no sparring)
  • Cool-down & next steps
What should I bring?
Gloves/hand wraps if you have them; water; towel. We have loaner gloves.
Safety & accessibility
Technique-first. No rings/bracelets. Tell us about injuries; we’ll adapt.
