No. We regulate intensity so learning stays intact. You build capacity as you go.
What happens in session 1?
Orientation, not a test. We start with stance, hands, and movement at the correct pace for you.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Please aim to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance using your booking link.
What if I feel anxious or overwhelmed?
Common. Nothing is rushed. If anything feels unclear at any point, we slow it down and fix it.
